CTSchool Course Contributor Terms & Guidelines

1. Introduction

CTSchool is a career training edtech platform focused on delivering high-impact, future-oriented learning experiences. The Course Contributor Program enables professionals, educators, and industry practitioners to publish structured courses and reach learners through CTSchool’s learning ecosystem.

By submitting a course or participating in any CTSchool contributor pathway, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Guidelines.

2. Contributor Eligibility

• Contributors must possess verifiable expertise in a career-relevant field.
• All submitted content must be original or fully licensed by the contributor.
• Courses must be practical, structured, and aligned with long-term career growth.

3. Course Types

3.1 Regular Courses

• Self-paced recorded courses hosted on the CTSchool LMS.
• Course price: ₦25,000.
• Includes learning modules, quizzes, discussion areas, and certification.

3.2 Diet Courses (Mentor-Led)

• Selected Regular Courses upgraded based on learner demand and facilitator readiness.
• Total price: ₦90,000 (₦25,000 course + ₦65,000 mentorship).
• Includes live sessions (up to 8 sessions over 4–8 weeks), Q&A, and WhatsApp mentorship.

3.3 Bootcamps

• Intensive cohort-based programs.
• May include live, recorded, physical, or hybrid delivery formats.
• Pricing and revenue sharing are determined per bootcamp by mutual agreement.

4. Course Submission Guidelines

• Submit recorded course content via Google Drive or any secure downloadable platform.
• Provide a separate document outlining objectives per module or chapter.
• Upload a high-quality course cover image (PNG or JPEG).
• CTSchool may upload course materials as private or unlisted media to enhance content security and controlled access.

5. Revenue Sharing & Marketing

5.1 Courses Sold via CTSchool Marketing Channels

• CTSchool deploys marketers to universities, NYSC camps, and youth-focused environments.
• Each marketer earns ₦3,500 per course sold.
• The remaining revenue is shared as follows:
  • 65% to CTSchool
  • 35% to the course facilitator

5.2 Courses Sold Directly by Contributors

• Facilitators are issued affiliate links.
• Direct sales earn contributors up to 70% of the course price.

6. Payments & Payouts

• Payouts are processed on a scheduled basis as determined by CTSchool.
• Payments are made via approved bank transfer or designated payout methods.
• Applicable transaction fees or statutory deductions may apply.

7. Refunds, Chargebacks & Disputes

CTSchool reserves the right to issue refunds in accordance with its learner refund policy. In cases of refunds or chargebacks, related earnings may be adjusted accordingly.

8. Quality Standards & Content Review

• Courses must remain accurate, current, and relevant.
• CTSchool may request updates or improvements.
• Courses may be suspended or removed if quality standards are not maintained.

9. Learner Engagement & Support

• Contributors must provide quiz or assessment questions per module.
• Facilitators should respond to learner questions within a reasonable timeframe.
• Diet Course facilitators must actively support live and WhatsApp sessions.

10. Intellectual Property

• Contributors retain full ownership of their course content.
• Contributors grant CTSchool a non-exclusive, revocable license to host, market, and distribute the course.

11. Non-Exclusivity

Contributors may sell their courses on other platforms, provided such activities do not misrepresent CTSchool or violate agreed pricing or promotional terms.

12. Use of Contributor Likeness

Contributors grant CTSchool permission to use their name, image, course title, and promotional excerpts solely for marketing and platform promotion purposes.

13. Course Withdrawal & Termination

• Contributors may request course withdrawal with reasonable notice.
• Existing learner access obligations must be honored.
• CTSchool may terminate courses for misconduct, fraud, or policy violations.

14. Platform Dependencies

CTSchool may integrate third-party tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp, or LMS services. CTSchool is not liable for service disruptions caused by third parties.

15. Modifications

CTSchool reserves the right to update these Terms & Guidelines as the platform evolves. Contributors will be notified of significant changes.
