Affiliate Marketing Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Affiliate Marketing Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the CTSchool Affiliate Marketing Program (“Program”). By registering as an affiliate, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

CTSchool is a career training edtech platform focused on high-impact, future-oriented skills. The Affiliate Program allows individuals to earn commissions by promoting CTSchool courses to eligible learners.

2. Affiliate Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• CTSchool reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application.
• Affiliates may operate independently or under a registered CTSchool marketer.

3. How the Affiliate Program Works

• Affiliates promote CTSchool courses using approved links, materials, or channels.
• Sales may occur online or through physical outreach such as universities, NYSC camps, and youth environments.
• Each successful course sale tracked to an affiliate qualifies for commission.

4. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn ₦2,500 per course sold, unless otherwise stated.
• Where affiliates are recruited by a CTSchool marketer, commissions may be split in line with CTSchool’s marketer structure.
• CTSchool reserves the right to revise commission structures with notice.

5. Payment Terms

• Commissions are paid only on successfully completed and confirmed sales.
• Refunded or disputed transactions will not qualify for commission.
• Payments are made according to CTSchool’s payout schedule and verification process.
• Affiliates are responsible for providing correct payment details.

6. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Promote CTSchool honestly and accurately.
• Do not make false income, job placement, or certification guarantees.
• Use only approved marketing materials and messaging.
• Conduct yourself professionally when engaging students, graduates, or professionals.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Spamming, misleading advertising, or deceptive practices.
• Misrepresentation of CTSchool, its courses, or facilitators.
• Unauthorized use of CTSchool branding or intellectual property.
• Self-referrals or manipulation of sales tracking systems.

8. Termination

CTSchool reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at its discretion for violation of these Terms or conduct deemed harmful to CTSchool’s reputation or operations.

Upon termination, unpaid commissions linked to invalid or fraudulent sales may be forfeited.

9. Intellectual Property

CTSchool retains full ownership of its brand, logos, course content, and marketing assets. Affiliates are granted limited, revocable permission to use approved materials solely for promoting CTSchool courses.

10. Limitation of Liability

CTSchool shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on individual effort and market conditions.

11. Modifications

CTSchool may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
